Política de envíos
1. Procesamiento del pedido
Todos los pedidos se procesan entre 1 y 2 días hábiles después de recibirse el pago. En PETODECO se trabaja sobre pedido.
Los pedidos realizados en fines de semana o festivos se procesarán el siguiente día hábil.
2. Tiempos de envío
Envíos nacionales (Colombia): 2 a 6 días hábiles, según ciudad y transportadora.
Envíos a zonas rurales: pueden tardar 1–3 días adicionales.
3. Transportadoras
Trabajamos con empresas confiables como Servientrega y Coordinadora.
La transportadora se asigna automáticamente según destino.
4. Costo del envío
El costo se calcula al finalizar la compra según peso, volumen y destino y depende de la transportadora.
5. Seguimiento del pedido
Una vez despachado, la transportadora asigna un número de guía para rastrear tu envío en tiempo real.
6. Dirección incorrecta o incompleta
Si la dirección ingresada por el cliente es incorrecta y el paquete es devuelto, el cliente deberá asumir el nuevo costo de envío.
7. Productos hechos por encargo
Los productos personalizados o fabricados a pedido pueden requerir tiempos adicionales de producción, para esos casos comunicarse por correo para recalcular costos de la producción de la pieza.
POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSOS Y DEVOLUCIONES
1. Plazo para solicitar un reembolso
Aceptamos solicitudes de reembolso o cambio dentro de los 7 días calendario posteriores a la entrega del producto.
2. Condiciones para aplicar un reembolso
El producto debe estar:
Sin uso.
En perfecto estado.
En su empaque original.
Con todos sus accesorios y etiquetas.
3. Artículos que NO tienen devolución
Productos personalizados o hechos a medida.
Artículos en promoción o liquidación.
Productos que por mal uso se hayan dañado.
4. Productos dañados o defectuosos
Si tu producto llegó dañado o defectuoso:
Escríbenos dentro de las primeras 48 horas de recibido.
Adjunta fotos o video del daño.
Te enviaremos un reemplazo sin costo adicional o podrás solicitar reembolso.
No nos hacemos responsables por daños incurridos por la transportadora.
5. Proceso de devolución
Escríbenos a nuestro correo: petodeco@outlook.com
Indica el número de pedido y la razón.
Te daremos instrucciones para enviar el producto de regreso.
El cliente cubre los costos de envío de la devolución, excepto en casos de productos defectuosos o errores de nuestra tienda.
6. Reembolso
El reembolso se realizará a tu método de pago preferido entre 5 y 10 días hábiles después de recibir y revisar el producto devuelto.
7. Cancelaciones del pedido
Solo se aceptan cancelaciones si el pedido aún no ha sido enviado.
Una vez despachado, se debe gestionar como devolución.
